Champ volunteers need to attend training sessions at CUHK campus on three Saturdays in May 2017. In the meantime, They will be enrolled on an e-learning course on https://moodle.keep.edu.hk/. The course will provide supplementary learning materials, and information about disease management, drugs, and geriatric care knowledge, as well as outreach announcements .

After attending the training sessions and accessing the learning materials online, Champ volunteers need to attend at least 2 Summer Outreach service sessions in July and August 2017. They will be guided by a group of CUHK student mentors and provide service items such as monitoring blood pressure , and conducting health questionnaire for elderly subjects.
